Terms and Conditions

Upon activation of this service, all products and services provided by Patten Oil Company, Inc. (Patten Oil) will be paid by this service. Additionally, customer agrees to allow Patten Oil Company to pre-authorize any transaction under this system.

NOTE: automatic credit card billing will occur within 5 days of receipt of any products or service provided by Patten Oil Company.

The account information provided by this form will only be used for this purpose. A statement/invoice will be provided to inform the customer of the transaction, and a confirmation of the credit card charge will be e-mailed to the e-mail address listed above. Should a customer elect to revoke or dispute a transaction, a written request should be made to: Patten Oil Company, Inc., 112 Susan Lane, Rutland, VT 05701, stating the nature of the dispute. All other charges will remain payable according to normal terms. Patten Oil will provide resolution to such dispute within 30 days of receipt of a written request. Patten Oil acknowledges that the information provided for these purposes will be held confidentially in a secured location, and will not be distributed to any party other than the authorized lending institution providing this service to Patten Oil. Agreeing to these terms, customer hereby authorizes Patten Oil to debit the account indicated above for payment of their Patten Oil account. This authority will remain in full force and effect until Patten Oil has received written notification from the customer of its termination in such time and manner as to afford Patten Oil and their financial institution(s) a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
